Case Manager - benefits navigation (Anchorage, AK)

Clearpath Cross Civic Services supports public agencies in Anchorage with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
