Case Manager - benefits navigation (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Drift Health runs clinics and patient services around Anchorage. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for patient education. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
