Case Manager - benefits navigation (Anchorage, AK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Haven Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be benefits navigation. You would join a small organisation of about 188 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
