Highbridge Timber Learning Group is an education provider in Albuquerque serving students and families, and we need a Case Manager to lead our benefits navigation. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
