Case Manager - benefits navigation (Albuquerque, NM)

Ironwood Hollow Civic Services supports public agencies in Albuquerque with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on benefits navigation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for procurement. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
