Greenridge Bright Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for resident services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 728 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for resident services. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident services.
