Silverline Granite Housing is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for repair requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for repair requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with repair requests. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
