Greenridge Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on benefits navigation for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
