Bookkeeper - payroll support (Raleigh, NC)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality is a hospitality company in Raleigh with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our payroll support. You would join a large organisation of about 918 people based in Raleigh. What you will do • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
