Bookkeeper - payroll support (Oklahoma City, OK)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our payroll support. You would join a large organisation of about 875 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oklahoma City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
