Bookkeeper - payroll support (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Glen Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Milwaukee area, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our payroll support. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
