Bookkeeper - payroll support (Memphis, TN)

Ironwood Union Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Memphis. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payroll support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
