Bookkeeper - payroll support (Houston, TX)

Greenridge Bridge Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Houston. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payroll support. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Houston. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
