Bookkeeper - payroll support (Dallas, TX)

Harborlight Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Dallas with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our payroll support. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for reviews and feedback so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
