Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Tampa area. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payables and receivables. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for housekeeping schedules so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
