Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Linden Hospitality is a hospitality company in Spokane with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payables and receivables. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track paperwork for reviews and feedback so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
