Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (remote)

Foxglove Cross Hospitality Group is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on payables and receivables for group events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 197 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
