Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (remote)

Foxglove Forge Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Savannah area. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payables and receivables. You would join a small organisation of about 155 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for guest bookings so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
