Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (remote)

Redstone Umber Hospitality Partners runs guest-focused properties across the El Paso area. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payables and receivables. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for reviews and feedback so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
