Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (remote)

Harborlight Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Fort Worth, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our payables and receivables. You would join a large organisation of about 514 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for lease compliance so nothing is filed late. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
