Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Oklahoma City area, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our payables and receivables. You would join a large organisation of about 706 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track paperwork for guest bookings so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
