Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Raleigh, NC)

Rivermark Ivory Hospitality Group is a hospitality company in Raleigh with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payables and receivables. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
