Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Nashville, TN)

Stonegate Umber Hospitality Group is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on payables and receivables for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Track paperwork for reviews and feedback so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
