Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Memphis, TN)

Greenridge Bridge Hospitality is a hospitality company in Memphis with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payables and receivables. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
