Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Little Rock, AR)

Greenridge Ivory Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Little Rock area. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payables and receivables. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
