Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Las Vegas, NV)

Silverline Oak Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Las Vegas area. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on payables and receivables. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for housekeeping schedules so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
