Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Jacksonville, FL)

Highbridge Glen Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on payables and receivables for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
