Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Linden Hospitality Partners and adding a Bookkeeper whose main responsibility will be payables and receivables. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
