Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Boise, ID)

Lumen Ivory Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on payables and receivables for food costs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
