Bookkeeper - payables and receivables (Baltimore, MD)

Redstone Basin Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Baltimore, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our payables and receivables. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for housekeeping schedules so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
