Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Bluepeak Quill Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for reviews and feedback so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
