Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Tulsa, OK)

Ironwood Meadow Housing is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for maintenance stores so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
