Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Tampa, FL)

Westbrook Hollow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Tampa. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for reviews and feedback so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
