Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Willow Property Management manages apartment communities around Tampa, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would join a small organisation of about 27 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for maintenance requests so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
