Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (St. Louis, MO)

Harborlight Nest Housing is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Track paperwork for waiting lists so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
