Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Spokane, WA)

Nova Thistle Property Management looks after rental homes across the Spokane area, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track paperwork for lease renewals so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
