Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Savannah, GA)

Clearpath Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Savannah with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Track paperwork for supplier orders so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
