Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (San Diego, CA)

Ironwood Ashton Hospitality Group is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track paperwork for reviews and feedback so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
