Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Ashton Hospitality Group is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for housekeeping schedules so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
