Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Amberfield Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Salt Lake City with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
