Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Ashton Hospitality is a hospitality company in Salt Lake City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for reviews and feedback so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
