Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (Richmond, VA)

Silverline Vista Property Management Group is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Track paperwork for lease renewals so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
