Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Northwind Glen Hospitality is a hospitality company in Orlando with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
