Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Nova Union Hospitality is looking for a Bookkeeper. The job centres on month-end reporting for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for housekeeping schedules so nothing is filed late. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
