Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the San Antonio area. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Track paperwork for food costs so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
