Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Stonegate Orchard Hospitality is a hospitality company in Houston with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Track paperwork for guest bookings so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
