Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Redstone Oak Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. You would join a large organisation of about 555 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for guest bookings so nothing is filed late. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
