Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Northwind Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tucson with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for guest bookings so nothing is filed late. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. What we are looking for • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
