Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Rivermark Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Las Vegas with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Bookkeeper to lead our month-end reporting. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. Nice to have • Payroll experience. • Comfort with sales-tax filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
