Bookkeeper - month-end reporting (remote)

Clearpath Cross Hospitality is a hospitality company in Jacksonville with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Bookkeeper to take on month-end reporting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts and chase missing receipts. • Answer supplier and customer billing questions by phone and email. • Prepare monthly reports for the owner and the outside accountant. • Enter and code invoices, deposits and expenses daily. • Track paperwork for group events so nothing is filed late. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of QuickBooks or a similar package. • Experience keeping books for a small or mid-sized organisation. • Organised, discreet and dependable. Nice to have • Comfort with sales-tax filings. • Payroll experience. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
